Terms and Conditions for the Free Prize Draw
1. The Big Orange Quizathon is a charity event being run for one week from Monday 27th June 2011 until Sunday 3rd July 2011 inclusive, to raise awareness and donations for Noah's Ark Trust - Registered Charity Number 1069596.

3. The winning team of each participating Big Orange Quiz will be entered into this free prize draw.
4. To qualify, team members must be over 18 and must not be employees of The Promoter or their immediate families and a team must not consist of more than a maximum of 5 people. Teams must provide phone and/or email contact details to be entered into the draw.
5. There is 1 prize which consists of a voucher for a circa 10 mile canoe trip from Glasbury on Wye for up to 5 people ('The Canoe Trip') provided by Wye Valley Canoes, plus a case (8 bottles) of Ark Ale for each team member.
6. The team must contact Wye Valley Canoes directly to arrange The Canoe Trip which is subject to availability. Further details will be provided on the voucher which will be issued by post to the winning team.
7. The Canoe Trip voucher must be redeemed by August 2012.
8. Winners are responsible for their own travel to Glasbury on Wye for The Canoe Trip and any incidental expenses incurred during the day.
9. Unless otherwise agreed with Wye Valley Brewery, the winners' cases of Ark Ale will be available to collect from Wye Valley Canoes on the day arranged for the canoe trip.
10. The prize draw will be drawn at random by an independant person by 26th July and the winning team will be contacted using the contact details they have supplied at The Big Orange Quiz they attended.
11. The promoter will not be responsible for tracing teams that they are unable to contact using resonable effort by phone, or email due to incorrect or out of date contact details submitted.
12. The winning team will have 28 days to respond in order to confirm their acceptance of the pride. If no repsonse is received within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new winning team and reppeat the process outlined above.
13. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further recompense.
14. Winners names and the place at which they participated in a Big Orange Quiz will be published on www.bigorangequiz.co.uk by 29th July 2011.
15. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
16. The canoe trip prize is provided by Wye Valley Canoes, The Boat House, Glasbury-on-Wye, which is entirely independant of Wye Valley Brewery.
17. Winners accept the prize and participate in the canoe trip entirely at their own risk and The Promoter accepts no responsiblity for their safety or welfare during The Canoe Trip.
18. No purchase necessary.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
